Solace dirty causing low pressure fault.flushed drain and checked charge.
No cool, downstairs system low on 410a refrigerant. Performed electronic leak search and found leak at true suction line close to compressor. Made leak repair and charged system to manufacturers specifications. Customer has 10/10 warranty
Arrived at approximately 9:15AM and waited outside the gate for Mrs. Blake to return from taking her children to school. Upon further investigation of damages, it was caused by us.
System number 3: condensate drain has stopped up and water has filled the air handler and secondary pan. Cleared drain line, cleaned as much water out of air handler as possible, and cleaned water out of secondary pan. all insulation needs to pulled out and replaced and unit needs a new float switch. Secondary pan will eventually fill up again because unit is sweating so badly until the insulation is replaced. Ducts are not bad at all. System one and two are functional, ducts are not bad at all. Homeowner asked me to leave attic access open.
Check why system stop cooling and I found that the contractor is burnt up. I replace it and got the system running.
